Cancellation Policy
- The standard cancellation policy for all standard vehicles (Executive Saloon, Luxury Saloon and MPV) will be 6 hours prior to local pick up time.
- The cancellation policy for all other vehicles including coaches, tour guides, coordinators, and greeters will be 12 hours prior to local pick up time.
- Late Cancellation fees for a daily hire will be equal to the 3 hour minimum charge and transfers charged at the base transfer rate.
- No Show fees will be equal to the hourly minimum or base transfer, as applicable for the confirmed vehicle, airport fee, tolls, parking, and other charges in the reservation.
- For any No Show?s please be advised we will always try to contact the booker or passenger for authorization to dismiss the driver. If no contact is made with an authorized person we will dismiss the driver after 1 hour only.
- Rates quoted are exclusive of car parking and tolls and are subject to change without notice.
- A Point to Point journey is defined as one in which a passenger is carried directly from a pick up to a destination, the pick up or drop off must be in the Dublin Postal Area or Dublin Airport. Any other journey will be deemed ?As Directed? and charged accordingly.
- Any waiting time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
- As Directed charges start and finish at the originating location. Point to Point journeys are charged based on driven Mileage whilst the passenger is on board.
- Transfer rates are for direct journeys point-to-point to or from Dublin Postal Codes or Airports waiting time not included and will be charged at the standard hourly rate. We allow 50 minutes free waiting at Airports and 30 minutes free waiting time, at all other pick ups.

- Please note all rates are estimated costs that may vary.
- If additional luggage space is required i.e. golf clubs or equipment please advise at time of booking.
