Sharon Keogh

Accounts Supervisor

Sharon Keogh, Accounts Supervisor joined the team in October 2016.

“I’ve worked in Revenue & Finance for over 17 years and have a H. Dip in Business & Management, Certificates in Event & Hospitality Management and have also worked in Training & Development.

Ive always loved to challenge myself, being productive and busy are a neccessity for me, I can’t stay idle. Finance and Revenue address that on a day to day basis, especially in the Accounts Department of Devines. No two days are the same, and are often challenging but always rewarding. Outside of work I have 3 children, 2 dogs, am Chairperson & Fundraiser for the charity Irish Neonatal Health Alliance and I love to run like Forest Gump. Running is a great release and I can change the world in my head whilst clocking up the kilometres.

‘Moving to Devine’s was a massive change for me, as I had been in the same company for over 16 years and it was a big switch. One I’m very happy to have made. The team are amazing; so many diverse and interesting people working together to deliver a high quality service for our customers, both externally and internally.”

Ruairi Pnder

Executive Chauffeur

Ruairi has been with Devines for over 5 years.

Ruairi is known for always being in good humour and has a ‘Can do attitude’.

“I enjoy the variety my role as a chauffeur brings and the variety of people I meet day to day.  I have a huge interest in current affairs and an avid reader.

Outside of work I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors.

Its my job to make the stars feel like ordinary people, and the ordinary people feel like a star.

A good chauffeur knows when to talk, a better chauffeur knows when to shut up!”

Katherine Walsh

Customer Care

Katherine Walsh joined the team almost two years ago and looks after all our day to day customer needs as a senior member of our reservations team.

“I enjoy the fast paced environment where no two days are the same.  I am eager to use the new technology which will make our teams more efficient and more importantly improve our customer experience.  The team has grown recently so its great to see new people develop with training and support from within the team that makes every day a new exciting challenge.

Outside of work I am currently busy moving to a brand new house & wedding planning which is a very exciting time in my life”

Ali McGinley

HR Manager

Ali joined our team in March 2017. Ali is an CIPD Associate Member and holds qualifications in Employment Law, Personnel Practice, Coaching, Training and Development.

With over 15 years experience from SMEs to blue chip companies, Ali provides support and insight to Devines HR Strategy in line with our commercial priorities, customer focus, embedding our company values and ‘driving’ employee engagement. Ali original hails from Glasgow, she came to visit Ireland for 6 months which is now 17 years ago as she fell in love with the Emerald Isle. Outside of work Ali enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

“Everyone at Devines works hard to ensure our customers’ needs are met, I’m proud of what we have achieved even in the short period of time that I have been here. My favourite part of the day is to catch up with the team to celebrate our successes and help action solutions to any challenges we face. It’s a fast paced environment just like our customers lives, so every day is different which makes Devines a really exciting place to work.”

Paul Mann

Chauffeur Manager

Paul joined Devines chauffeurs on 9 of July 2009 as a part time chauffeur, since then Paul has seen the company grow from its humble beginnings to its international states, as the company’s grew so did Paul he is now our chauffeur manager, Paul has traveled to the USA and the UK representing the Devines brand.

My favourite part of the chauffeur business, it would be the every day challenges no two are the same, think about it we deal with people and no two people are the same.

My favourite saying and I probably live by this. “DO NOTHING AND NOTHING GETS DONE.” I actually think I made that up.

Why I enjoy working at Devines that’s easy, Passion. Passion is what drives The Devine family, who wouldn’t want to be apart of that, and who knows where the next 10 year journey will take us, it’s something I look forward too, with passion.
