Bookings are only confirmed when credit card details are put against bookings provided or full payment is received.
Large events will require 80% prepayment and a credit card for the remainder amount.
Chauffeur drive in the Republic of Ireland is exempt from VAT.
Chauffeur services outside of Ireland may incur additional taxes, services charges ETC.
All ‘as directed’ services are charged by the hour from the time the vehicle leaves the local base to when it returns (30 minutes before and after service).
If a service continues beyond that originally specified, or if the vehicle leaves the city limits and incurs excess mileage, the quoted cost will increase accordingly.
Airport transfers – we provide 45 minutes complimentary waiting time at Airports, and 30 minutes free waiting time at all other pickups.
Waiting time, if any, will be charged at the standard hourly rate for the requested vehicle type
Additional charges for waiting time, parking, tolls, damage or spoilage may apply
All quotations are valid for 12hrs ONLY from the date of issue.
Airport rates are based on standard airport collections; FBO arrivals are based on a minimum 3 hour hire.
Nightly supplement of €25.00 applies from 2200 – 0500 hrs.

Cancellation Policy

Sedans/V Classes- 4 Hours prior to scheduled pick up time. As directed services 24 hours’ notice.
Motor Coaches 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up time/ Midi Coaches and Minibus 24hr prior to scheduled pick up time (Terms may vary)
International services-24/48 hours prior to local scheduled pick up time (Terms may vary)
No-Show-Full charge will apply
